CANCELLATION POLICIES AND WITHDRAWAL FORM

For Private Lessons:

  1. Membership may be cancelled with a 14-day notice before the 1st of the month by submitting our online cancellation form (A $15 returning student registration fee will be required to re-enroll).

  2. Cancellation will be effective as of the month next tuition is due. You may withdraw the cancellation at any time before it takes effect, but your teacher and/or time slot can not be guaranteed.

  3. Membership is not transferable.

  4. LeClu Music and Art school does not provide tuition refund under any circumstances.

  5. LeClu Music and Art school reserves the right to terminate membership, in which case prorated tuition will be refunded.

For example, if you submit the online cancellation form on the 20th of May, you will still be billed for June and there will be no more bill after June.

For Group Classes:

You may withdraw from a class at any time by sending a withdraw email to the school.

  • LeClu Music and Art school does not provide tuition refund under any circumstances.  The registration fee is non-refundable.
